1. Overview

ClixArena respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with this policy.

2. Third-party content

ClixArena does not host, upload, or store any video files on its own servers. All playable content is sourced from and embedded via third-party providers. If you believe content accessible through ClixArena infringes your copyright, the fastest resolution may be to also contact the original hosting provider directly.

3. Filing a takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content available through our service infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice that includes:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) or page(s) where it appears;
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Where to send notices

Please send DMCA takedown notices to our designated agent at: dmca@clixarena.com

Incomplete notices may not receive a response. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to reported material and, where appropriate, restrict access for repeat infringers.

5. Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your identification, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.
