Playback isn’t loading or keeps buffering.
Try switching the server/provider from the player controls, or reload the page. If a specific title keeps failing, try again later — embed providers occasionally go down temporarily.
My watch progress didn’t carry over to another device.
Watch progress only syncs across devices while signed in to an account. Make sure you’re signed in on both devices with the same account.
Subtitles aren’t showing up or look out of sync.
Use the subtitle track selector in the player to pick a different track, or toggle subtitles off and back on. Timing issues are usually source-side and can sometimes be fixed by switching servers.
I can’t find a title I’m looking for.
Use the search bar in the navigation. If it’s a newer release it may not be indexed yet.
